This is how we do it.

We typically carry out a phased process that is highlighted below. Of course, this might not always be appropriate for the task at hand - you may just want a few pointers; advice on a particular problem; or already have a process in mind - we will happily work around what you need. 

Observe.

We will spend some time with you and your business, department or team to assess strengths and areas that need improving. This might include reviewing management info, interviews or other methods.

Report.

Having spent some time in your business, we will write a jargon-free report highglighting our findings. Included in the report will be clear remedies, suggestions and ideas to help get things back on track. We can also provide this as a presentation if you wish.

Remedy.

Furnished with the details, we will work with you to implement any changes you feel you wish to - if you want to do this alone, then we will step back. In the likely scenario you want our input, we will drive these changes with you to ensure they are successful and lasting.
