I've tried not to be too negative about WFH but as more and more businesses will be seeking it as a means to permanently cut costs, it is important we don't miss the downsides before making a decision.
The positives are well known but little is said about the negative impact it has on productivity, mental health, the ability to communicated quickly and maintaining clear working objectives.

We need more meaningful human interactions; to work with a greater definition of purpose; create an environment where collaboration and support is open and available to all - not just those deemed less able to cope.
p.s. I have predominantly worked from home for more than 8 years!
